RiB has been involved at the highest level across all facets of special events for over 30 years. Growing up in two Children’s home’s in London from 6 months to 18 years of age taught him the value of community ie. the importance of creating events to bring people of different backgrounds, cultures and ideologies together. This allowed him to create his 5 Step success formula for events or Tribe Building Formula (TBF).

He gained invaluable experience operating behind the scenes working for Madonna and producing events for globally recognised brands such as INXS, Dolce & Gabbana, Levis Strauss, Mercedes Australian Fashion Week, Rolling Stone and Cosmopolitan magazines.

Front of event experience as an International Inspirational Keynote Speaker/Trainer and MC. Also as a model/dancer working with the Supermodels Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Eva Hertigova and Christy Turlington and for brands such as Valentino, Versace, Swish Jeans, Romeo Gigli, Gatorade, Bata and Mueller Yoghurt.

He spent 20 years co-running some of the most famous, cutting edge, hospitality venues globally. Within this role set up and managed Public Relations teams and front of house operations – one of these ventures was voted number 3 in the world. This taught him how to successfully, create an event from scratch, promote it to the relevant demographic utilising all media tools (online/offline) at his disposal.

In summary, he has over 30 years experience in event creation plus the capability to promote/advertise and engage the respective audience.

This skillset and expertise were brought to the fore in the recent success of his latest creation Berawa Food and Wine Festival 2019 in Berawa at Tamora Gallery on behalf of the Tamora Group.
